These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Migraine Grid iOS application (the “App”), provided by Odiono Ltd (“Odiono”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England and Wales at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. The App is not a medical device or medical advice

Migraine Grid is a personal tracking and organisation tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App — including insights, patterns, “most effective treatment” summaries, or exported reports — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App relies entirely on information you choose to enter. We do not verify its accuracy, and any patterns or summaries shown are based solely on your own self-reported data. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment decisions, and before starting, stopping, or changing any medication. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately — do not rely on the App.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the App. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Migraine Grid requires an active subscription to use — there is no free tier. New subscriptions include a 3-day free trial; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged for the plan you selected.

Pricing is displayed in the App at the time of purchase and varies by region and currency, in accordance with Apple’s App Store pricing. Both monthly and annual subscription options are available.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store — we do not handle or store your payment details.

To cancel, go to your iPhone’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and cancel Migraine Grid. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s own refund policies — we’re unable to issue refunds directly.

We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we’ll give you reasonable notice before any change applies to you, and continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

5. Your data and content

You own the migraine data you log in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that data back to you as part of providing the App’s features (see our Privacy Policy for full detail on how your data is handled).

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account within the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation

7. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Odiono Ltd and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what’s needed to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odiono Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any decisions made based on information shown in the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Apple-specific terms

Since the App is distributed via the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Odiono Ltd only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• Apple is not responsible for any product claims, including that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any third-party claim that the App infringes their intellectual property rights.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo, and are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you in the App or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
